The Indian Connection was founded by Babu Manjooran, the celebrated educationalist and entrepreneur from Kerala, India and Irish entrepreneur David Mcilveen. Together, they discovered the great opportunities that lay ahead for operations between the two emerging economies, which led to the founding of the Indian Connection. Currently the Indian Connection has operations all across Europe and Asia.

Indian Connection is part of the Manjoorans Group which has operations in Education and specialised training, English Language Training, E-learning, nursing and motivational programmes.
